DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM?

Not at all. Your plan can be built around a commercial gym, home workouts, or a mix of both — depending on what equipment you have access to. David will build the programme around your actual situation.

HOW OFTEN WILL I CHECK IN?

You'll have regular check-ins to track progress, make plan adjustments, and stay accountable throughout the process. Check-in frequency is agreed at the start based on your needs and goals.
